Welcome to Permitful! Our permit tracking software is designed specifically for architects, providing a suite of tools to help you manage permits across all your projects quickly and efficiently.
Sign Up and Start Your Free Trial
- Visit permitful.com/auth/sign-up to create your account.
- Enjoy a 30-day free trial with no credit card required.
Customize Your Profile
- Navigate to Settings → Profile in the sidebar.
- Upload your company logo and set your company name.
- This branding will appear on every public project dashboard you share with clients.
Select Your Billing Plan
- Go to Settings → Billing to choose your preferred billing cycle for the Pro Plan.
- Once selected, you can return to the dashboard or projects page to create your first project.
Next Steps
After completing the setup:
- Create a Project: Add a project type, location, and description to get started—takes less than a minute.
- Add Permits: Input the permits you need to manage—zoning, building, electrical, and more.
- Define Key Milestones: Track important deadlines like submittals, correction responses, and agency meetings.
- Share a Live, Public Dashboard: Make the project public to generate a shareable dashboard link for clients and consultants—no logins or back-and-forth emails required.
