Pro now includes a live calendar feed. Instead of adding milestones to your calendar one at a time, subscribe once and every milestone on your active projects appears in Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar, next to everything else you have planned.
To set it up, go to Settings → Calendar and click Create calendar link, then Add to Google Calendar, Add to Apple Calendar or Add to Outlook. You can also find Subscribe to all milestones in any milestone's Add to Calendar menu.
- Always current. When you add a milestone or change a date in Permitful, your calendar picks it up the next time it checks the feed, usually within a few hours. Google Calendar can take up to a day.
- Everything in one calendar. Each milestone is an all-day event named after the milestone and its project, with a link back to the permit. Private milestones are included, because it's your calendar. Milestone notes are not.
- Completed milestones stay, marked ✓, so past dates remain in your calendar.
- Your link is private. Anyone with the link can see your milestones and their project and permit names, so treat it like a password. If it's ever shared by mistake, click Reset link and the old one stops working right away.
Adding a single milestone to Google Calendar or Outlook, or downloading it as an .ics file, is still available on every plan.
